BEYOND JUST SYSTEMS · MESA, ARIZONA

you didn't open a business to spend your nights in five tabs.

We build the software a small business actually runs on — the dashboard, the app, the website — so the person who's great at the craft gets to go back to doing the craft. One engine, configured per industry.

WHAT WE DO
five doors. four we build, one we'll just answer.
01

the business os

One screen for the things you currently keep in four: who your clients are, what's owed, what's in flight, and what needs you today. Built around how you already work, not around how the software wants you to.

02

the website

A rebuild that looks like the business you actually are — fast, honest, and something you can hand to someone without apologizing for it first.

03

the member app

The part your customers hold. Schedules, messages, signups, payments — the daily contact between you and them, in their pocket instead of in their inbox.

04

the full platform

All three on one spine, built together, so a name typed in one place shows up everywhere it belongs and nobody re-enters anything.

05  ·  THE ONE THAT ISN'T A BUILD

where ai actually fits

Everybody's being told to use AI. Almost nobody's been told where. So we sit with how your business really runs, the Tuesday version rather than the org chart, and come back with the two or three places it would actually give you hours back. That's the whole engagement: the sit-down, the look, and a plan you own — billed by the hour rather than as a fixed build, because nobody can quote a flat price for a question they haven't looked at yet. If one of those places turns into something worth building, that's doors one through four and it gets its own number. Sometimes the answer is "not here, not yet," and you'll get that one straight too — the cheapest thing we'll ever tell you.

the best software
gives you the day back.

Most tools hand you one more place to type things. Ours are built to subtract: fewer tabs, fewer double entries, fewer Sunday nights spent catching the books up to reality. You got into this for the work. The software's job is to give you more of it.

HOW WE WORK
the parts people usually have to ask about.
the build is a fixed price

You know the number before anything starts. The build is never hourly and never a surprise invoice, so nobody has to wonder what a question costs. Door five is the one that works the other way, and that's on purpose: an audit is sold by the hour, at a rate you'll have in writing before anybody books time.

paid across the build

Three to five equal monthly payments while it's being made, instead of a lump sum before you've seen anything work.

support is month to month

Once you're live, keeping it running is its own small agreement: hosting, security, fixes, and a person who answers. The base tier covers up to two hours a month of tweaks and support; past that it's the hourly rate, said out loud here rather than counted quietly on our end. You can end it any month, and it stays month to month on purpose.

your keys stay yours

We run the infrastructure. Your payment processor, your bank, your CRM stay in your name, scoped, and revocable by you in one click. If you ever walk away, you leave with a working export of your data in a normal machine-readable format once the invoices are square. That's a clause in the contract, not a promise in a meeting.

we live it before we sell it

Every brand in the family runs on this software first — our own teams, our own 1-on-1s, our own scoreboard. If it doesn't hold up on a Tuesday when it's ours, it doesn't go near yours.

tell me what's breaking.

Twenty minutes, no deck. Tell me what's costing you the most time right now and I'll tell you straight whether we're the right people for it. Either way you leave the call knowing what to do next.
